Universities in hand of market force
In The National newspaper, I read an article named “Universities in hand of market force” it talks about opening the market to establish new universities in the UAE with high quality. The writer mentioned that the universities will be under the control of Higher Education and Scientific Research and they will apply some rule to be established. There are many institutions prepare to open in the UAE and they can operate without a ministry license. Sheik Nayan Bin Mubarak the Minister of higher education said it’s healthy to have institution from all parts of the world and UAE has only three federal universities from the total of 58 universities in the country.
